NHS Charities Together - North West London Community Partnership Grant Funding Call

In September, NHS Charities Together (NHSCT) announced its second tranche of funding with a call for Community Partnership Grants.

These grants are aimed at supporting the wider NHS and voluntary community dealing with COVID-19. Community Partnership Grant allocations are based on population figures for ICS/STP “footprints” in England, Health Boards in Wales and Scotland and ICP areas in Northern Ireland.

In North West London, CW+ (the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust charity) has been appointed as the NHS charity responsible for managing the Community Partnership Grant programme.

Description

On behalf of NHS Charities Together, and in consultation with the North West London Integrated Care System, CW+ is seeking to provide grants to partnerships currently delivering interventions that support people who are shielding and vulnerable due to COVID 19.

Projects should target equitable access to health, care and community resources. This access must be through a digital resource or platform easily and readily accessible across a large and diverse population.

Successful applications will look to expand and embed a ‘supported digital’ approach, where an individual, family or community’s digital access is supported and guided by stakeholders from the partnership network. This approach should improve access to and engagement with relevant health, care and wellbeing offers and services and show demonstrable benefits to this group.

Funding information

• There will be up to 3 grants awarded as part of this call.

• The value of the grant can be up to £300,000 which will be awarded in two tranches and must be used over a maximum of 2 years.

• We welcome applications from NHS and non-NHS bodies provided all eligibility criteria can be met.
